Carriage Free order is £600.00 net, orders under this value are charged at a flat rate of £25.00 net ,minimum order requirement is £100.00 net
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Due to the rise in Theft of Goods left outside properties or what is deemed safe places any claims for Loss will become invalid under the Couriers claims procedure, Prior Notification of dispatch will be sent by email or text and tracking of the consignment by the customer is essential to ensure a safe and secure delivery any shortages must be advised within 48 hours of delivery.
LOSS,DAMAGES OR PRODUCT SHORTAGES
Please be aware that any Ceramic/Glass based products are not covered under normal Courier Insurance they are only covered for loss not breakages.
Larger orders sent out by Pallet are covered for both Loss and Breakages, photographic evidence of any damages to the pallet and it’s content will be required within 24 hours of delivery.
CUSTOMER RETURNS
Are Subject to clause 4.2 of our Terms and conditions.
Unwanted goods may be returned at the customers expense within 30 days of purchase in a resalable condition to include the original packaging and Labels ,Goods returned without original packaging or in a used or damaged condition will not be refunded.
We will not accept returns or responsibility for goods returned to us without prior notice, an administration and Restocking charge of 20% on returned goods will apply, this fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or of a higher value in replacement before the goods are returned.
