We no longer ship Internationally and only supply customers within the U.K mainland but if Customers want to arrange their own Courier or shipping agent to collect from us then we are happy to accommodate, our Minimum order Requirement for International orders is £600.00 this includes the E.U ,Northern Ireland ,Channel Islands and all offshore Destinations

Unwanted goods may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order provided they are returned at customer’s expense with original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Goods returned without the original packaging or in a Damaged or used condition will not be credited. There will be an administration and processing charge on returned goods, this fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of a similar value Prior to returning their unwanted goods.
We cannot give guaranteed delivery times or dates as the Overwhelmed Courier Industry is unable to give guaranteed delivery dates or times, the customer will be advised of despatch as soon as the order is collected from us and a tracking link will be sent via e-mail Couriers in general do deliver with 2 working days but there are times when this may take longer
We have a low minimum order requirement for courier delivery of £100.00 + v.a.t. charged at a flat rate of £25.00 + v.a.t we will accept orders under this value but only if they are collected from us. Orders over £600.00 are carriage free to any mainland U.K address.
If you do have issues with card payments this in general will be because of regular updates by Merchants to safeguard security for us and our customers if payment fails then try again later or use the Bank transfer option
Customers are always welcome to visit us by Appointment, if you can pay by Cash on collection or pre pay before collection then we can be more flexible with minimum orders.
All Sizes and Capacities are given as Approx External measurements and Liquid capacity volume.
