Shipping and Returns

Orders are Despatched Monday to Thursday once payment is completed.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please keep this in mind when planning your order.

UK MAINLAND
Minimum Order Requirement is £150.00 net, Carriage Free order is £500.00 net, orders under this value charged at £25.00 net.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION 
If you have requested the Courier to either change the delivery date/address or leave goods outside or at service point then any claims for Loss will become invalid under the Couriers claims procedure, Prior Notification of dispatch will be sent by email or text.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
We only ship Internationally outside of U.K mainland if the customer is prepared to arrange their own collection from us please email us to confirm if this is possible.

LOSS OR PRODUCT SHORTAGES
Please be aware that any Ceramic/Glass based products are not covered under normal Courier Insurance they are only covered for loss,not breakages or damage.

CUSTOMER RETURNS
Unwanted goods may be returned at the customers expense within 30 working days of purchase in a resalable condition to include the original packaging and Labels any original postal costs are Non-refundable.
Goods returned without original packaging or in a used or damaged condition will not be refunded.
We will not accept returns or responsibility for goods returned to us without prior notice or left at a neighbouring address by a courier.
There will be an administration and Restocking charge of 25% on returned goods.
This administration fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or of a higher value in replacement before the goods are returned.

COURIER INFORMATION
We provide email notification of dispatch, in the very rare event of cartons being returned to us because of a failed delivery by the courier there will be a £10.00 plus v.a.t repackaging and return charge plus additional costs for resending the consignment
Due to the unreliability of the Courier industry customers are strongly advised to check the tracking information provided and let us know as soon as possible if they have not received a full or only partial delivery within 3 working days of the given dispatch date
